EU Operations Assistant
FITAID is a leading brand in the functional beverage industry, dedicated to providing premium recovery and performance beverages. Our products are crafted with high-quality ingredients to support fitness enthusiasts and athletes in achieving their goals. As we expand our presence in the European market, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EU Operations Assistant to support our operations and customer service team in Europe.
The EU Operations Assistant will provide vital support in managing FITAID’s operations across Europe, as well as working within the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth operational processes and excellent customer experience. This role requires a good communicator with a mindset for problem-solving and an understanding of logistics and supply chain support. You will assist in the day-to-day operations, focusing on inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of FITAID Europe, ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide operational support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicating with the warehouse team to manage stock effectively.
- Maintain clear communication between cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch or other European languages is a plus.
